It all begins with our Chef Gacheung Anselme AKA The Mad Scientist. He studied and graduted culinary arts at The French Culinary Institute in 2006. Throughtout his culinary career, he worked around many different styles of food and cooking. It was hard to just pick one and stick with it, so he slowly started incorporating them all. He got his name The Mad Scientist more towards his later years from fellow co-workers and customers. "I just love to experiment and have fun with food. Once I began to understand flavors, I would just throw a bunch of ingredients together and whip up a unique creation! haha"

 

   So by fully incorporating his name The Mad Scientist, he created THE LABORATORY CATERING! "Its hard to work on a set menu because I dont want to limit myself and most importantly my clients (test subjects) to a basic catering menu, so ultimately I want the challenge and have our customers the opportunity to order whatever they want to have and i'll do what I do best and create it." 

 

   With that being said, The Laboratory Catering is not your typical caterers, we offer a wide variety of food from different cultures and if we dont have something you want, simply tell us and The Mad Scientist will make it happen.
